1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the hitbet website at hitbet.onl, including all subpages, game lobbies, betting markets, payment pages, and account management areas.
• "Services" means all online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, slot games, promotional offers, and any other products made available through the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spin winnings, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the official time zone used for all time-sensitive communications, promotions, and dispute resolution on the Platform.

References to "including" shall be construed as "including without limitation". Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable law, the lawful provision shall prevail to the minimum extent necessary.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an Account on hitbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hitbet enforces a strict 21+ age policy and may request government-issued identification, national ID card, passport, or birth certificate to verify your age at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) registering in your own name with accurate personal information.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended hitbet Account. Attempting to create a second Account is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of hitbet or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. hitbet may suspend or terminate any Account where false registration information is discovered, with all funds forfeited if fraud is established.

3. Account Management and Security

Each Player is responsible for the security and activity of their Account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify hitbet customer support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
• Keep your registered contact details, including your mobile number and email address, accurate and up to date.

hitbet will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately. hitbet shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain Account security, but will cooperate fully with any investigation into suspected unauthorized access.

hitbet reserves the right to suspend any Account pending identity verification at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. During a suspension period, no deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay will be permitted.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

hitbet accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, City Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers where available. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. hitbet does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refused and returned where possible. Where a return is not possible due to payment provider restrictions, the funds may be held pending investigation. hitbet reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

hitbet processes deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Any currency conversion applied by your payment provider is outside hitbet's control and hitbet accepts no liability for exchange rate differences.

Deposits are credited to your Account as soon as practicable following confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delayed deposit, please contact our support team with your transaction reference before raising a dispute with your payment provider.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via your Account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Your Account must have passed identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• Any active wagering requirements associated with Bonus Funds must be fully met before the portion of your Balance attributable to those bonuses can be withdrawn.
• hitbet targets a processing time of 30 minutes for withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, technical maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.

hitbet reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in aggregate within any 30-day period. Such checks may require submission of source-of-funds documentation and may extend processing timelines.

hitbet will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests that cannot be matched to a registered payment method in the Player's name will be held pending resolution.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

hitbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus amounts must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only unless stated otherwise.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated in the offer, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless otherwise stated, winnings generated from free spins or no-deposit bonuses are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the promotion terms.
• Abuse: hitbet reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has abused the bonus system, engaged in bonus exploitation strategies, or opened multiple Accounts to claim the same offer.

hitbet may withdraw, suspend, or amend any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a Player has an active qualifying play session, hitbet will use reasonable endeavours to honour the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting markets available on hitbet, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports offered from time to time.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the hitbet system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during system downtime or communication errors are void.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. hitbet reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account at its discretion.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of submission. Due to the real-time nature of live betting, there may be a short delay between submission and acceptance. If market conditions change materially during this delay, the bet may be offered at revised odds or declined.
• Void Bets: Bets will be voided in the event of event cancellation, abandonment without a result being determined, or manifest pricing errors. Voided bets are refunded as cash to your Account Balance.
• Results: Official results as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) will be used to settle all markets. hitbet is not responsible for errors in result information provided by third-party data feeds, but will correct any settlement errors identified within a reasonable period.

8. Casino and Game Rules

All casino games available on hitbet — including slot games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Play'n GO, live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and specialty games — are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a game provider's rules, these Terms shall prevail in respect of Account management, payments, and bonuses; the game provider's rules shall prevail in respect of game mechanics and outcome determination.

hitbet presents games in their original form as supplied by certified providers. hitbet does not modify game logic, payout percentages, or random number generation. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested for fairness.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that interrupts a game round, hitbet will attempt to resolve the round based on the game state at the time of interruption. Where resolution is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned. hitbet's decision in such matters is final.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hitbet Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gambling.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means of IP address concealment with the intent to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or otherwise reclaim deposits that have been wagered and lost.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the hitbet Platform, including but not limited to the hitbet brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of hitbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without hitbet's prior written consent. Unauthorized use of hitbet's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hitbet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hitbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. hitbet is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, game suppliers, or other parties outside hitbet's reasonable control.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

hitbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. hitbet uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform.

hitbet will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, game suppliers, and fraud prevention services solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and provide the Services to you.

14. Amendments to These Terms

hitbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which hitbet operates. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with hitbet's dispute resolution procedure.

hitbet's decision on matters relating to bonus abuse, game malfunctions, and Account security investigations is final and binding.
